1. Management Trainee (Technical) : Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of CHEMICAL / CIVIL / ELECTRICAL / ELECTRONICS / INSTRUMENTATION /INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING / MECHANICAL / METALLURGY from a University/Institute recognized by AICTE.

2. Management Trainee (Finance & Accounts) : Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Should have passed final examination of ICAI or ICWAI.

3. Management Trainee (HR & Welfare) : Full time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.Should have passed Full time MA(HRM) / Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate

Eligibility Criteria :

Education Qualification : Candidates Must be possess a M. Tech in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade for Project Fellow Post and B.E./B. Tech in Biotechnology/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical, M. Sc in Microbiology/ Physics and PG in Geology/ Geophysics with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade for Project Associate Posts.

Selection Process : Applicants will be considered through a two-tier selection procedure i.e. screening of CVs followed by interview of short-listed candidates.

Timeline for Joining : Successful Candidates will have to join duty within 30 days from issue of Engagement Letter, failing which the offer may be withdrawn.
