The program is mainly for the deserving candidates to get an additional training in their area. This is the reason due to which this program is conducted. If one can prove that he or she has really got the talent, the person is awarded with the scholarship by the parishad which can be used for further training in the relate field. It does not concentrate to its stream of arts. It may be drama, dancing, singing, playing instrument or any other. The program is mainly for enhancing the confidence level of the students and to perform better in the related field of arts, and to help them to excel their performance in their field.
Sahitya Kala Parishad offers:
• Scholarship for Advanced Training in Music and Dance in 2010-2011.
• Only for residents of N.C.T of Delhi.
Eligibility criteria:
The candidates who are receiving any of the scholarship from the government are not eligible for this program.
The candidates must be of the age between 18 to 25 years.
NOTE: Application Forms and copies of rules & regulations are available in the office of parishad.
Scholarship Details:
• Scholarship of Rs. 1500/- will be awarded for the period of 2 years for advance training in the field of Classical Music Dance and other rare forms.
Important Dates:
Last date for the submission of the complete application form: 2nd week of February, 2011.
How to Apply:
The candidates need to avail the application form from various means of their availability. The application form can either be downloaded from the official website or can be collected in person or by post by paying the specified amount.
After availing the application form one needs to fill it up with all the required data. The application form is to be sent before the last date of submission. Forms after the last date and incomplete forms are liable of getting rejected.

Sahitya Kala Parishad 2011
Government of NCT of Delhi conducts the training program named as Sahitya Kala Parishad. It is being organized for the students who have interests in music and dance. The program is conducted by the Academy of Music and is located in Satsang Vihar Marg. The students who are pretty good at dancing, singing, drama, and fine arts are provided with the scholarship by the parishad. The candidates who belong to the NCT of the Delhi are only eligible for this scholarship.The program is mainly for the deserving candidates to get an additional training in their area.
